Unique performance, refined The new911’s horizontally opposed engine is bothmore powerful and more efficient than ever. The engine mounts have been positioned closer to the centre of the car, reducing vibration and increasing stability. The enhanced 3.0-litre, twin-turbo charged flat-six engine now delivers 450 HP, 30 HP greater than its predecessor, and the new standard 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) transfers that power even more efficiently to the road. The acceleration is impressive. The Carrera 4S, with the optional Sport Chrono Package and Launch Control, sprints from 0 to 100 kmh in just 3.4 seconds.
